Napoleon Creative – East London corporate video production

I have worked as a producer and director on a range of productions for well over a decade. I start my career working on what we thought would be a tiny low-budget feature shot entirely in Sheffield. Little did we know what a huge impact The Full Monty was going to have! From there, I worked on a couple of other features, in London, Nice and New York.

My love of film won me a job as a researcher on BBC’s Film 99 when it was being reinvented for the new host, Jonathan Ross. I worked my way up to assistant producer on the show, before moving on to other programmes as a producer/director.

After freelancing outside of the BBC, I then became Director of Production with Zip TV, an interactive television advertising, company. I developed and ran their video production department which won work not only for the interactive applications Zip TV produced but other work for clients. It was this business that was to eventually become Napoleon Creative.

My key reason for wanting to set up my own company was to treat staff well, improve their skills, do good work for our clients, run the business in as sustainable way as possible and have a great time doing it.
