Over the three weeks I was given the chance to edit current projects with freedom and creative input. The responsibility never felt like a heavy one as Gavin was always there to offer a helping hand or praise a piece of work for its worth. This led to a thoroughly enjoyable internship. I'd recommend the internship at Napoleon Creative to all graduates looking to learn the process and values of seeking a career in the video industry. Gavin is extremely helpful and pleasant to work for and I particularly liked the way he allowed me the freedom to use my own judgement and creativity whilst working on Napoleon Creative’s projects. As well as giving me the opportunity to improve my Final Cut Pro skills, the internship also allowed me to gain experience dealing with clients and catering to their requests and specifications. Yes, the client was pleased to spend a little more money and get better value out of the shoot.
