In the last couple of weeks we were very pleased to hear that we had won the tender to develop a video for Tower Hamlets Council!

It’s an exciting and ongoing project filming the Whitechapel Centre, which is an old Victorian school that has been converted for use as a centre for the local community and small local businesses. The building needs to be brought up to a modern specification and in the process become sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Tower Hamlets Council were looking for a video that shows the history of The Whitechapel Centre, the challenges and development of the building work, and most importantly, how the improvements to the centre will benefit and support the local community. Being a large scale building project there are a variety of different organisations involved, all at different levels, so we were able to offer Tower Hamlets a flexible approach that allows for the us to film the building over a long period in a Grand Designs style and also conduct interviews with the relevant people at different points throughout the project.

We’ve got lots of people to interview and lots of footage to collect of the building work and the community and we’re already making good progress.
